A gift voucher entitles the recipient to a portrait according to the size, number of animals and medium quoted on the voucher.

The recipient may choose to upgrade the size/number of animals in their portrait by paying the difference in price between the voucher value and the value of their desired portrait at the point of redeeming.

The recipient may choose to redeem a portrait of smaller size or fewer animals than entitled to with their voucher, but no refund will be given for the difference in price.

Any gift voucher purchased after September 2023 is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be displayed on the voucher. The recipient must make contact to arrange their portrait before this expiry date.

To redeem their voucher, the recipient should fill out the online form detailed on the voucher, or email hollyreynoldsart@gmail.com, quoting their voucher reference number and attaching photos of the animal/s they wish to be painted. The recipients portrait will then be scheduled in at the next available point - this may not be immediately and in busy periods, there may be a waiting period of several weeks or months.

In the event that no useable photos can be sourced for a gifted portrait, Holly Reynolds Art will work towards a solution with the recipient.

If a recipient requires shipping outside the UK, but this was not requested when their voucher was purchased, the recipient will be required to cover the cost of the shipping. Quotes can be given on request.

Recipients outside of the UK may have import duties and customs fees applied to their order upon delivery. These are beyond the control of Holly Reynolds Art and are solely the responsibility of the recipient to pay.
