Shipping, Delivery & Refunds Policy

Below are the shipping, delivery and refunds policies for shop orders only. For details about pet portraits, please see my terms and conditions here.

PRINT ORDER SHIPPING

All print orders are made to order by my printing partners and are dispatched straight from their warehouse to you. Processing times for prints are 3-5 business days, not inclusive of delivery time.

Standard UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) for prints of A4 or smaller, or by Evri Standard Tracked (3-5 working days) for prints larger than A4.

Express UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, with a delivery aim of the next working day after dispatch.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK SHIPPING

All orders for original artwork are dispatched straight from my home studio. Processing times for originals are 3-5 business days, not inclusive of delivery time.

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked48 (2-3 working days)

Express UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, with a delivery aim of the next working day after dispatch.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

Placing Orders

  • Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. It is the sole responsibility of customer to ensure this information is correct and no refund will be given where orders are not delivered due to address errors
  • In the event of any errors while ordering, please contact me as soon as possible via email here. Whilst every effort will be made to stop your order and correct the error, no guarantees can be made and refunds will not be given in circumstances where orders can not be stopped and corrected

Shipping Delays

  • I am not responsible for any shipping carrier delays. Please be aware that public holidays such as Christmas can cause delays in shipping, so please allow extra time for your orders to arrive during these times

International Orders

  • I am not responsible for any customs fees, import fees or VAT charges that are incurred on international orders, or the time that these orders are held in customs. These charges are determined by customs officials in the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost of the order. Any additional fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay

RETURNS POLICY

Prints

  • Prints are made to order, and as such, are non-refundable except in the case of arriving damaged or not as described
  • In the case of a print arriving damaged or not as described, please email me here within 3 working days of receiving the order with photos of the damage. I can then arrange with my print partner to have replacement prints sent to you on Express delivery

Original Artwork

  • Original artwork can be returned for a full refund of the sale price (excluding delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving the order. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer to cover. 
  • Refunds will not be processed until the returned artwork has been received. Any original artwork that is returned damaged will be subject to a partial refund only, to be determined by the individual situation
  • In the event of a piece of original artwork arriving damaged or not as described, please email me here within 3 working days of receiving the order with photos of the damage. In this situation, whether a full or partial refund is offered, and whether the artwork is to be returned, will be determined by the individual situation
